1. Services
Pitts Automotive Studio provides mobile car detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating services in Brisbane and surrounding areas. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings & quotes
Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and requirements of your vehicle on inspection. We will confirm any change before starting work.
3. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at our discretion.
4. Access requirements
You agree to provide a safe, accessible location for the work to be performed. Where power or water access is required, you'll let us know in advance if these aren't available.
5. Vehicle condition
Please remove personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. Pre-existing damage will be noted and is not covered by our service.
6. Liability
We take great care with every vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the affected service.
7. Payment
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
